Jim Camacho Debuts at Ball & Chain September 20, 8 p.m.
Miami singer-songwriter to play with full band during on-going Tuesday Sessions series
Miami, FL – September 13, 2016 – The prolific Jim Camacho will make his Ball & Chain debut Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 8 p.m., featuring special guest Dave O’Grady from Ireland. Camacho and his band will play two sets during the Little Havana venue’s on-going Tuesday Sessions series, with a set by O’Grady in between. No cover; 21 and over are welcome. Music begins at 8 p.m. Location: 1513 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135.
In addition, Camacho will perform at Radio-Active Records (845 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304) on Thursday, September 22, 6:30 p.m. before playing Alligator Alley (830 E Oakland Park Blvd #101, Oakland Park, FL 33334) Friday, September 23, at 8 p.m. Last, he will appear on WLRN 91.3 FM’s Folk & Acoustic with Michael Stock show Sunday, September 25 at 2 p.m. All engagements will also feature guest spots by O’Grady.
Jim is promoting the new video “How Do You Like Me Now” from his latest release, the Everywhere (Deluxe Edition). He is poised to release another new single shortly, titled “Alive”, a collaboration with cellist Ruti Celi. Camacho is also gearing up for a fourth consecutive holiday season run of the original children’s theater production Mouse King, a collaboration with acclaimed master puppeteer Noel MacNeal. Also in the works: an original web-based songwriter series, Adventures in Songwriting.
